If you do not complete it, your IELTS test result will not be sent to Bilkent University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>IMPORTANT: Pay Attention to the Date Displayed on the Registration Page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When you open the registration link, you will see only one date: 1 January 2027. This is NOT your actual test date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After you complete your registration, you will receive two emails:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* First email: Shows 1 January 2027. Please IGNORE this email.<\/p>\n<p>* Second email: Sent by IDP. This email contains your ACTUAL test date. Once your transfer process has been completed, the correct test date, time, and venue will be provided in this second email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Test Date Cannot Be Selected or Changed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* Your test date and time will be assigned automatically by the system.<\/p>\n<p>* Candidates cannot choose their own test date or time.<\/p>\n<p>* There is no option to transfer or change your assigned test date.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>WHEN WILL THE TEST TAKE PLACE?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your test will be scheduled within one of the following periods:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* 10\u201314 August 2026<\/p>\n<p>* 17\u201321 August 2026<\/p>\n<p>* 24\u201328 August 2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You will learn your exact test date and time from the second email sent by IDP.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>WHERE will the Test Be Held?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The test will be held at IDP\u2019s Necatibey test center, NOT at the main office.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The full address and location link will be included in the emails sent to you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>What You Need to Do (by 4 August 2026, 9:00 p.m.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>* Complete your registration using the link above.<\/p>\n<p>* Make your payment and select \u201cBilkent University School of English Language\u201d under \u201cNotify institutions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>* Upload the required documents to the English Preparatory Program system.<\/p>\n<p>* Make sure that your application has been approved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8. <span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Please take a screenshot of the confirmation email and upload it into the system as booking summary.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<table id=\"wp-table-reloaded-id-4-no-1\" class=\"wp-table-reloaded wp-table-reloaded-id-4\">\n<thead>\n\t<tr class=\"row-1 odd\">\n\t\t<th class=\"column-1\">DOCUMENTS THAT NEED TO BE UPLOADED TO THE SYSTEM<\/th>\n\t<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<tbody>\n\t<tr class=\"row-2 even\">\n\t\t<td class=\"column-1\">For Bilkent Univesity students<br \/>\r\n-- IELTS booking summary (Please take a screenshot of the confirmation email and upload it into the system as booking summary)<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n* Bilkent University students who are in the Maximum Duration status must renew and update their photo on their Bilkent ID through Student Registrar\u2019s Office before applying to English Language Preparatory Program in order to take the IELTS exam.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nFor prospective students considering enrollment at Bilkent  University<br \/>\r\n - a recent passport-sized photo- * Taken within the last 6 months and should be different from the photo on your ID card.<br \/>\r\n- IELTS registration summary<br \/>\r\n- the original and a photocopy of your Turkish ID card or passport<br \/>\r\n- student certificate with a photo from the school you graduated<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n* Bilkent University reserves the right not to accept the exam result of the student. <br \/>\r\n<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n<p>The conditions listed above are applicable to students who are currently registered at Bilkent University, are Turkish citizens and plan to continue their undergraduate programs. Students applying to graduate programs and international students applying to undergraduate programs can find more information <a href=\"http:\/\/w3.bilkent.edu.tr\/bilkent\/procedures-for-english-language-proficiency-exemption-through-external-exams-27-08-2015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Reminders for students:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Decide on the exam you want to take and check the exam dates. You need to upload your documents to the English Language Preparatory Program system at least 21 days before the exams. Documents are not accepted in person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong>For your questions, you can contact the English Language Preparatory Program (Elif Kantarc\u0131o\u011flu, East Campus, N Building, CZ09 \u2013 Phone: 290 1802).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. <\/strong>Remember to take the following documents to the exam venue with you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilkent University Student ID card<\/li>\n<li>Turkish ID card or passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please remember that you cannot take anything else with you into the exam room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> On the day of the Speaking exam, please do not forget to make sure (<strong><u>for both Bilkent University and IDP separetely<\/u><\/strong>) your photo is taken and you sign.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0If you do not have a photo on the exam day, your exemption process cannot be completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. <\/strong>Remember to have your exam results posted electronically to the Bilkent University (Recognizing Organization) address below. Hard copies are not required.
