The Delta course is offered to English Preparatory Program teachers only, as an in-house professional development opportunity. Candidates will normally be graduates or have undertaken some formal course of training in ELT. A candidate will normally have:
- A minimum of two years’ full time (1,200 hours’) teaching experience of ELT to adults within the past five years.
- A range of teaching experience involving work in different teaching contexts and at different levels
Canditates who fulfill these requirements are offered a position on the course based upon their performance in the selection process, involving a written exam, a dignostic observation and an interview.
